Roentgen - The Retro Apocalypse

The year is 2083. The world as we know it is long dead. All that remains is the crimson earth, baked by the scorch of a thousand warheads, and hardened by a harsh nuclear winter. This barren landscape is roamed by monsters of unknown horror. Mutants, ghouls, and other half-dead beings search endlessly for biological matter that may see them live another tormentous day. And today, they have found you.

Your base of operations is your lifeline. Should the monsters of the wasteland destroy it, you will be next. Protect it with your life, because it is your life. Use the weapons at your disposal to eliminate your foe, but more importantly, keep them away from your base. We wish you luck.

Roentgen is a shoot first - think second style arcade game, where your only goal is to survive to the next round. Currently the game is in pre-release status, we plan to fine-tune the game and expand on the content over the coming weeks/months. We really hope you enjoy our submission!
